The NBS-FDcurve is a custom-made software to evaluate force spectroscopy measurements in a highthroughput way to quickly analyze the immense amount of data produced by FluidFM BOT. The software provides accurate InvOLS fitting, enables the automatic detection of InvOLS curves belonging to an SCFS recording, and saves the data in a concise transcript. The program is flexible, so the two different parts, namely the sensitivity fitting and the FD-curve plotting, are independent, and also dataset selection is semi-automatic but can also be done manually. Since FluidFM technology has become more popular in recent years, it is desirable that the tools are at hand for the analysis of force spectroscopy measurements performed on living cells and bacteria. This custom software is the first program to enable fast and reliable data processing recorded on the FluidFM BOT instrument, and therefore it will be accessible to wider audiences for free to enhance this field of expertise.
